The purpose of the GAEA training program is to build or strengthen the capacity of VET trainers and career consultants in the domain of gender equality and social inclusion of women as well as to improve their competences in providing training and counselling services that address the needs and characteristics of potential women NEETs and migrants agripreneurs.
